    Hey guys,

I don't know much about Acer notebooks, so I was wondering if Acer have their own type of screen enhancement such as Sony's ClearView or HP's BrightView?

    Thanks

Currently, Acer doesn't seem to have this option available. I can only guess that they'll probably add it to their lineup since it's becoming very popular.

Yes, Acer does have their own proprietary bright shiny screen.
It's called " CrystalBrite" and in my own opinion, it looks 100% better then the dull dark traditional screen that is normally used.

BTW, Acer has removed this feature from the 3003 series notebook, but it is still offered on the 4000 travelmate's and the Acer Aspire 5000 series. :)
