Iam owner of a Acer Tm4001lmi (1,5Ghz, 1GbRam) laptop what i bought one year ago. I like very much but I need to upgrade the HDD from 40Gb 4200rpm to 60 or 80Gb 5400rpm... and and almost for that different of price i could buy a new Dell if i sell the acer.

    Now there is offer from Dell: 600m (510m) 1,7Ghz; 1GbRam ; 80Gb 5400rpm; 3years warranty + one use printer.

Which one is the better option? and what about the noise level of the Dell?

    Thanx,
