    Not working. It says Driver Installation Failed. Could not find the MEDIA device for this driver.

    What you need is a Connexant Audio driver for Warszawa n XP.
    Test different ones available.

    Does the device manager show any issues with your audio device (yellow triangle or exclamation mark?)

    Sorry sir i can't understand about that warszawa can you explain more.
    and about the device manager there's no issues showing on the audio device. but there is no conexant driver

    Sorry for that - I wrote that post on my phone and SwiftKey keyboard apparently decided to correct my post :eek:

    It was supposed to say "What you need is a Connexant Audio driver for Windows XP".

    Audio device wouldn't be called Connexant in the device manager - double click on the audio device and check out the second tab (driver).

    Also while it's unlikely that it's happened - see if using a Fn+F8 combo won't re-enable the sound.
