can anyone help me get the acer orbicam to work? When i click on it, it says that it has stoped working. Ive only had the lap top 1 week and it has never worked. Do i need to activate it some how?
It also says a problem caused the program to stop working correctley, windows will close the program and notify you if there is a solution. After that it closes and nothing happens.
If anyone has any information on this it would be much apprechated.
    Many thanks Gems

I have just purchased an Acer Aspire 3930 and I have got the same problem. When opening Orbicam it tells me it has stopped working and to go on line to solve the problem but nothing happens! Yet under Devices it says that the device is working correctly! Acer should sort this one out!

Hi everyone, im sorry for givin you a bad news, but there is no final solution yet, the problem its about the compatibility of the software with the picture formats jpg, jpeg. the only thing you can do for the moment is saving your pics in other folder diferent than images, and wait for the acer patch.

I can't get my Orbicam to work full stop. Everything tells me that it's working and the driver is up-to-date, but I can't locate how you would even turn it on.
