    I INSTALED WINDOWS XP HOME ADDITION SP2 ON MY ASER ASPIRE 3000 ,AFTER THAT SPEED DOWNLOAD FROM MY PC TO MY ACER ASPIRE 3000(USING SKYPE TO TRANSFERE FILES)DROP DOWN FROM 1200 KB/S TO 80 KB/S , ANYBODY FAMILYAR WITH THISE PROBLEM,PLEASE HELP ME.

    You need to provide more information. What ISP, what type of internet connection, is it wired or wireless, etc...

    Also, you're going to want to replace your keyboard. The CapsLock key is stuck.
