    Can i change the VGA memory from 512 to 1000 MB?

    Nope - the 512MB of memory that your GeForce has is physically embedded on the GPU. If it needs more, it'll use TurboCache to borrow some system RAM, but that's unlikely to happen.

    And besides, the most important factor in graphics memory isn't the size, it's how fast it is. And if you've got 512MB of GDDR3, it's much faster and better than 1GB of DDR2.

    Yup - just get the latest Nvidia drivers from nvidia.com and Nvidia System Tools. NST will add an overclocking window to the Nvidia Control Panel for you to tinker around with.
    Just remember to test for stability, and that you may damage your system by pushing it too hard.

    I've never been able to install Nvidia system tools without it crashing my 6935g and i've heard the same from others too.

    Have you done a clean install of Vista onto your notebook? If you haven't consider a 64-bit Vista as well.
