I currently have a problem with my acer laptop.
Whenever I turn it on I wait for a couple of minutes then it says "Notification.dll has not been registered, some programs might not work properly"
Whenever I click Ok I am left with a black screen.
    Please help.

    See this for a solution.

It's not an Acer related issue - more like a Windows one and you failed to mention which version do you have. That said the solution with de-registering the dll should work anyway.
