    Does anyone know anything about Acer's release schedule for new laptop series? I would like to know how often they release new TG series laptops so that I can make plans on when to update.

    Next generation will be available as soon as next generation of Intel CPUs hit the market.
    I doubt there will be a refresh with new GPUs unless nVidia serves us old hardware again in which case it will require basically no re-design on Acer's part (like 3820TG update from 5650 to 6550).

    Ivy Brigde should be available around April 2012 (more or less) so nothing is going to happen sooner than that.
