I've installed the texas instruments pcixx12 integrated flashmedia controller driver (Card Reader 2.0.0.2 on the acer support site) and it gets added under the PCMCIA tab in Device Manager. No yellow question marks or anything. But, the SD slot still continues to be useless (i.e. when I plug in an SD card into it the computer has no response and acts like the SD slot doesn't even exist/doesn't even show up as an empty drive under My Computer) I have no clue what to do, I've been searching online for solutions for 2 days solid now and still nothing. The driver goes through and installs fine, but when it's done for some reason the "Found New Hardware" wizard appears and asks me where to look for an update. I've tried telling it to look online and it finds nothing. I have even tried to tell it to look in C:\WINDOWS\inf and that did nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, and also the "Found New Hardware" wizard appears everytime I reboot. Please help? I've asked other forums but not a single response.

(If it helps at all I have Windows XP Pro SP3 installed, fresh from 2 days ago. I've had to install all the drivers and they have all done fine. All of them but this one. It's the last thing not working and it's bugging the crap out of me)
