    Monitor Drivers??

    After upgrade to nlited XP,and upgraded to sp3,all drivers installed,laptop screen in display properties shows p and p monitor and only shows will display at 60 hz..I'm new to laptops and not sure if this is normal or did ma driver not install correctly??

    LCD's have a lower maximum refresh rates then their CRT counterparts. But due to the difference in the image projecting techniques the LCD's don't strain your eyes on the same refresh rates CRTs do.
    So, yes, your drivers are probably installed correctly. My laptop screen has a maximum refresh rate of 60Hz and my desktop LCD 75Hz max.
