Hey guys, Im having a problem that I hope one of you brilliant folks can help me with. I am trying to install a new samsung slim dvd burner in an Acer 3610 laptop.

The problem I am having is that I can not figure out how to get the old drive out of the computer. There is one screw on the bottom of the lap top that looks like it might be holding the drive in place but I removed this screw and could still not remove the drive. I applied a fair amount of pressure but didnt want to apply to much pressure as I did not want to break anything.

I looked on the Acer website for support on this but was not able to come up with anything. I have also googled this problem and (to my suprise) was not able to find anything useful there either. I am really not sure what to do.

If anybody help me out with this or point me to some helpful information it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!
