    I am having acer3683 laptop.In my laptop @ key is not working but the 2 number is working

    Which country you in?

    Im guessing US? My @ key is not on 2

    If you press the ' key with shift do you get the @ then?

    you need to change the keyboard language.
    to english(us) 102 layout standard or if you have a num pad to the side enhanced layout.
    if your running vista look for keyboard layout
    i use xp pro and the keyboard is set too english(us).
