I use to play WoW for hours daily until I decided to stop playing and I tried Aion, I didn't like it so I immediately went back to WoW and now WoW shuts down after like 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure it's not a overheating problem because my laptop use to be able to take a greater amount of temperature when I use to play. Maybe Aion changed some settings of some sort on my laptop which would make it not work with WoW, if that's the case how can I change those settings? It can't be an overheating or graphics problem. Is there a way to fix this without sending my laptop in for repair? (BTW I use an Acer8930g laptop)

    Hi,

perhaps this behaviour is due to some copy protection. Perhaps it helps to uninstall Aion and reinstall WoW

Also have a look at the Event Log. It might help narrowing down the problem.

Maybe you can try to restore you computer to a date before you installed Aion.
