    Hello everybody!

I have an Acer Aspire 3023WLMI. I want to change thermal paste on the processor but I don't know how to take of the notebook cover.

Please help, if someone knows how to manage this task.
(Or maybe someone has a sevice manual???)
I would be very grateful for all advices.

    Thanks in advance.

if it is under warranty DEFINITELY do not remove the cover.

Also, you may have a problem getting the cooler off the fan to put paste on it. You may well damage the heatpipe. Better left to Acer.

    Hey Sirpeter,

Go to http://doube.net/3023wlmi.html#bluetooth and there is some useful info on how to remove the cover, altough it's about installing Linux.
I do not take any responsibilties for any actions taken nor for damages occured during your installation

    Cheers
