I have 6935, and I can only get 40 minutes on standard and about 50 on power saving, I think that before I could go over an hour, laptop is about 9 months old and I think its too early for battery to go... Is there a program which can tell me the battery wear or is there a method? Battery wasnt used so much, the laptop is mainly on AC. I reinstalled my Vista recently and notices the drop in battery time, all Acer utillity is installed.

Google NHC or Notebook Hardware Control. Pretty good. I use it.
