when i bought my travelmate 6292, i found out that the vista business preinstalled sucks.
so, i tried installing windows xp but it says that there is no hdd in my computer.
next, i tried installing ubuntu and it works but i was getting bored of it,
so, i wanted to reinstall the vista business,
    and the horror begins....
i tried using the D2D recovery to restore the vista but in the middle of the recovery it came to a "not responding" system
when i tried again it did the same problem.
i think the PQSERVICE files were damaged.

    my question is:
can i restore the pqservice partition WITHOUT WINDOWS?????!!!!!!
