It is really weird. It was ok for a long time, untill today. I've tried to boot it many times, but its still the same. It just hangs at the beginning, cant do anything... enter bios, boot from cd/pendrive.

Here is how it looks after I try to boot it:

After pressing F2 the message just changes to "Entering SETUP..." an nothing happens. I also noticed the rly weird cdrom name, could this be some kind of bios virus ?

Try a BIOS reset if you can do it. Maybe we will be able to proceed to the next step.

Open the laptop and remove the BIOS battery. I doubt you have a mobo layout to see what pins you need to toy with in order to do a full reset :(.

Hmm now, this is really weird I just boot up without any problems. I flashed bios again, but it seems to be the same weird cdrom name. Sometimes it just boots up, sometimes it just hangs :(

Now, Ive noticed there is some weird name pretending to be second cd/dvd drive in the hardware config info in the xp. I cant delete or do anything else with that cos it just hangs. Any other ideas how to remove hardware from system setup ?

Boot safemode, device manager, uninstall. Have you tried removing the drive physically? Boot without it and then try to boot with it.

then hold down the the power button for 15seconds.
this will reset the BIOS :D

I had the same problem. Mine came with a faulty 512MB sodimm.

I have a pile of 512 MB sodimms so I just swapped it rather than taking it back.
