It seems pretty common here to do a fresh install of your OS so I thought I'd make a fresh thread about it.

So what drivers does one need/want after installing Vista clean?

I burned the driver DVD before i formatted the laptop and I installed the drivers I thought I'd need. Everything seems to be working except for the analog volume wheel next to the line in jacks, how do you make that work?. There was a Bluetooth driver in the Acer driver DVD, but 5920G doesn't have bluetooth right?

If you install your chipset driver the volume whell should work without any other drivers.

With regards to bluetooth, some models have and some don't.

If you press the bluetooth button and on the screen appears "No Device" (you need to have acer launch manager installed for the message to appear) then you don't have bluetooth. So if you don't have bluetooth don't bother with its drivers.
