What are the major differences between the 2 notebooks?

It seems the only "hard" differences are:
    1. The LCD resolution
    2. The video card
    3. The Casing

All other specs can be configured the same, as far as I can tell (CPU, Memory, Bluetooth, VoIP, etc.)

Since I don't care about gaming performance, but I do want an x1000-series video card for it's video acceleration features, I'm trying to see if I would be missing anything significant in choosing the 5670 over the 8200.

Are there any other "hard" differences that I've missed?

Does the 5670 have the ability to remove the Optical drive to insert a 2nd battery or 2nd HD?

    Thanks!
