    Does the aspire 2010 have a dvd burner? i can burn CD-RW's and CD-R's but my computer dosen't even read DVD-RW's? Why is this? can anyone help???????????????????????????????

    Hello tammo, and welcome to the forums.
    According to the Aspire 2010 user manual, it can come with either a CD-RW/DVD-ROM Combo drive (which can't burn DVDs) or a "DVD-Dual drive," which sounds like your regular DVD±RW drive.
    Please open Device Manager, and post the name of the CD/DVD drive here.
