This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Crystal Eye Webcam problem with MSN

    Guys:

    I have a 7720 ntb and have the following problem. I can use without problems my webcam with Skype, but when I try to star a video call with MSN, the image freezes. It happens sometimes when I use the configuration wizard.
    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers but do not work. I don't have Suying software, so seems no conflict on this side.
    Any ideas? Help will be deeply approciated.
