    Hi,

My 1810TZ battery is listed as 5800mah 10.8v and so has a capacity of 63wh as listed on the battery.

Yet when I bough it the advert stated 5600mah.

Every battery for sale I find states 5600, not 5800.

I am wondering if the 5600mah is an 11.1v version.

Question is will either be ok.

    Thanks,
    Dec

It will most likely have the same voltage they just used cells with a slightly higher capacity so you get 5800mah instead of 5600mah.

Also li-ion cells use to have a voltage of 3.6volt per cell , so 2x3 cells in parallel gives you 10.8volts , now they use 3.7volt cells so you get 11.1 volts.
