The Acer software very often didn’t start properly and the power manager automatically switched frequency of procesor and light of monitor to the lowest regime. Other problem was time. I use cable connection and so I have wireless connection switched off. During the start of the system it begun like the wireless connection was on BT off. After start Acer software it changed. I haven’t say I use BT mouse and keyboard. If I don’t use the Acer software and switch on manually BT hardware immediately after start of system I save about 20 second!!!

The screen back light , and CPU speed , goes always at half performance , if the laptop start to operate on battery.

On AC and on battery management - you can set your own profiles.

At the low left side of Acer management console , there is a link of creating your own settings .

It only takes a minute to do , and the system starts always by your likes .

The situation is different. The power manager started in the regime Maximum performance, but CPU speed and light was down and it was not possible to change it. Only one solution was to restart the application. After restart CPU speed and light went to normal.
Other think is we still don’t understand each other. I have really finished with this software. My question was how to manage the PC without the software.
Nevertheless I appreciate you spend some time with my question. If you have any idea how to do it without the Acer soft it would be great.
    Thanks and see you

Laptop computers , are not made as the desktop computers.

The ACER software its a special tool , specific made for your laptop .

By asking to find something generic to do a specific job , its vain.

i hate to say it but kiriakost is correct about your search for something else to switch the bluetooth on.... the search is realistically hopeless...

you might keep searching the internet and locate info on a way to accomplish your goal by editing the registry, but that is not something for most people to play with and if you do start to monkey around in there...
    make a backup first...

and if it is at all possible,, the settings will be in the LAUNCH MANAGER settings
