So I have acer aspire 5920G and I had to change videocard for 9650m gt 1gb ddr2 because old 8600m gt died...
I can't install drivers on it can anyone please help me with that ?
I mean the laptop works and everything but windows recognises it like standart vga adapter with 14 mb of memory...
P.S videocard has bios version - 62.94.39.00 according to aida 64

I downloaded drivers from there, version 197.32 was first one to work (lower versions worked too but with same result) but it randomly crashes and I have artefacts on screen and it gave me a bluesceen too.. every minute or so it tells that driver stopped working and has been recovered. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I don't have much experience with nVIDIA and none with this particular one.

Since you have it working, I assume you have installed modified BIOS already. We'll try to make it work properly, then.

Download latest official Nvidia drivers. You'll modify them to recognize your card, and if they fail after successful installation - your card is most likely crap.

This guide is for GT330M, from other forum and originally written not in English, however it helped me to install Nvidia drivers for my GT240M, so here goes translation.

    1. Get your VGA adapter's Hardware ID in device manager. It looks like PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A29&SUBSYS_????1025

    2. Open file Listdevices.txt, search for nvac - that is Acer VGAs - and add a string with your device to corresponding model line in a manner of DEV_0A29&SUBSYS_????1025 "NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M"
    and save.

    3. Open file nvac.inf and add the following lines (or just modify existing) in corresponding areas of file, in a manner of:
    %NVIDIA_DEV.0A29.05% = Section015, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A29&SUBSYS_????1025
    %NVIDIA_DEV.0A29.05% = Section016, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0A29&SUBSYS_????1025
    NVIDIA_DEV.0A29.05 = "NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M "

    and save.

    4. Launch setup.exe, drivers should install now.

    5. (Optional) Modify VGA BIOS so that your video card fits one of existing IDs.

p.s. I will be updating drivers on my notebook in couple days, if the guide doesn't help I will provide better instructions once done.

I did everything as in your instrustions and I still get that artefacts and "blah blah driver has been recovered"
I don't have modified bios in my laptop though, because I read that it is not needed for 9650m gt... Should I get modified bios?
Videocard is new and it shouldn't be fault of "physical damage" and weirdly it works without any of abovementioned troubles if ut runs without driver like standart vga adapter.
    Any recomendations ?

The video card seems faulty... if it's not overheating, of course. You may try to make it work by extracting and modifying its bios using Nibitor and lowering core clock, maybe also memory clock and/or adding voltage, but it is the last resort. I strongly suggest checking it in another notebook first and returning to seller if possible in case it fails there.

You'd better go for GT240M like the one linked by cdoublejj, it is ~1.5x faster. It's better to return this card ASAP if you have such an option, or sell it if proves working in another laptop or after making it work stable by modifying clocks in case it helps.
