    Hi
I need to install win xp pro on my aspire 5810tg.
presently it has win7 home. This is not any good for my work software.
upgrade to win7 prof is in excess of $375 (nz) cannot afford (work won't pay)
I have imaged the drive just in case.
    downloaded the xp drivers.
BUT, when I try to load xp it fails at the F6 request for additional drivers (sata) as there is no floppy.

Any help would be greatly appreiciated

    Hi All.

    Sorted.
Program called NLite merged the original win xp disk with Sata Drivers.
    Then created a bootable CD.
    Job done!
