    I had Aspire 5630 for two years now and thought to do some upgrades. mainly the rams and processor.

    Specifications are;
    Vista Home Premium
    Core 2 Due T5500 @ 1.6Ghz
    Nvidia 7300 go 128 (and up to 256 shared)
    2 GB rams
    160GB HDD

    1. I upgraded the rams to 4GB and already having problems booting up some times. although, windows acknowledge the 4GB rams however i am not seeing any significant improvements in its performance, except when shutting down it seems pretty fast. so how can i resolve this boot up problems?

    2. what CPUs will fit for upgrade and is it an easy task to do? will i need to update bios or any other components driver, giving that Acer.com is the worst support i have seen when it comes to find drivers and software updates, most drivers posted are as old as the laptop release itself.
