And one more thing, I have MK-38 2.2 Turion and is it normal that it always works on 790 MHz like it saids on 3D mark and Contol Panel?

It's probably running @800MHz most of the time but when needed switches to higher freq- that's the idea of AMD Cool & Quiet.
If you are sure that it runs @800MHz even under high load (like running 3D Mark or virus scan) than your computer may be running in "power saving" mode- either set by Windows or Empowering technology.

800MHz is the lowest setting for your processor (its the same for mine) Just go into the Empowering thing and change CPU to max.

Just for the record... the aspire 3100 5100 and 5110 series of notebooks all use the same mainboard, chipset and BIOS :)

I have the service manual for aspire 3100/5100. I own a 3100 and i would like to trasform it to a 5100 to mount a turion x2 instead my sempron. But no way! the bios is the same for the two models and 3100 don't support multiprocessor. Incredible...
