    Hi everybody!
I have a strange issue on my laptop. After some time of work line-out stop working.
It looks like machine warms up and I don’t have a sound in headphones. If I unplug the headphones jack, I can still hear sound on laptop speakers. Than I turn computer off, let it cool down, stat up again and everything is back to normal. I’ve already changed the motherboard, but problem persists. I just wonder whatever I should send the machine to reparation again or may be it’s a common issue for this model?
    Kind regards

I have the same laptop and I was facing the same problem rarely. I was turning it off and after the startup everything was back to normal most of the time. Sometimes I had also to plug the headphones in and out a little bit violently, because I thought that the pins inside jack were pushed back even though the headphones were not plugged.

I haven't thought that it may be a temperature problem since i saw your post. The last 3-4 days, i had to keep the laptop working for 18-20 hours per day (at low temperatures - 50-55 C) and gradually the jack stopped working completely. I'll let it for 2-3 hours to cool down, hoping that it was not damaged permanently... :(

    sorry for my bad english...

I left it turned off for 3 hours, but still no sound. I guess that I should take a visit to the nearest service... :(
