Just bought an Acer Aspire 5720Z.

I got very annoing popup messages from the right hand side of the task bar.

So I went into msconfig and clicked on 'Disable All' in the startup section.

    Rebooted.

Now the only annoying message I am getting is "Windows has blocked startup programs", which pops up several times.

How do I stop this bloody message?

May be you can install a startup manager software which you can add as well as remove -startup entries in windows.

    eg. Vista Manager.

    Its free i guess.
