    Hello.
    I own an acer timeline 5810t and I want to know if there are some alternatives for my proc (core 2 solo, su3500).. I want high performance.

    i hate to say this, but u might be out of luck... i cant link you directly because i dont remember exactly where i saw it, but i read somewhere on this forum that you cannot replace this processor with another

    The SU series CPU is a BGA type meaning that they are soldered on to the motherboard meaning that they are impossible to replace. Also, the Timeline series isn't meant to be a high performance branch, they are meant to have a longer batter life.
