    I’m using Acer Aspire 1681WLMi and planning to add 1 more harddik. is it possible to add 1 more harddisk ? Is there any specific harddisk i must use?

    According to this image, there are HDD1 and HDD2, and my HDD1 currently is 60GIG. Is that mean I can add 1 more hard disk?

    If you're notebook has an optical drive that is user removable, then it might be possible, otherwise, no. The 1680 & 4500 series notebooks were built on the same design. The 4500 has a removable/swappable optical drive. You can pull it out and replace it with a 2nd HDD or 2nd battery. If the 1680 has this same swappable drive, then it should also be possible. Finding the drive adapter to fit into the swappable may be difficult, Acer doesn't seem to list the part on their site.
