I currently have an Acer TravelMate 5720 which needs to be restored to factory settings. However, using the eRestore Manager's restore to fac. set. takes me to a menu where i can either select a restored C: vista or the hidden X: drive, the same menu as Alt+F10. After picking the latter, I can either restore from a previous point (there isnt one) or restore completly from a backup (I dont have one).

As this didnt help, i tried to burn a factory default disk, but it refuses to accept dvds or cds instead just ejecting them and telling me to insert one.

So now im stuck. Any help would be greatly appreiciated.
