    My acer 1360, is about 2 years old now and recently has started cutting out randomly with no warning, random power crashes and doesnt start up for 5 minutes after it crashes... even with full bttery and the power cable when m just browsing explorer or whatever.... my friend said something about static buildups causing it, i was wondering if anyone knew anything about this

    My acer recently began to randomly reboot as well - power crashes, in other words. It was becasue of excessive heat. I undervolted the CPU and now the computer is faring much better.

    It might be a problem with your motherboard or battery.
