    Acer Launcher Freezes

    Hi.
    Frequently, when I boot windows, after I log on the Acer Launcher program ( Which usually runs as a thread in the background ) freezes and nothing else works. I can't even turn off the computer to reboot - the power button doesn't respond. To turn of I have to physically remove the battery. This only happens occasionally, but is nonetheless rather annoying. I'm using an Acer 5003 Aspire.
    I was wondering if anyone else encountered the same problem ?
