    Hello
    can anyone help this poor female who hasnt a clue here.
    I have been prompted to run a virus scan (Norton) but when i do , the scan reads up to about 100,000 files then i get unexpected shut down and it reboots. Can any one help here.
    Does the hard drive need a dust, could it be overheating or what?

    i also have a screen freeze on other occasions when i leave the computer for a length of time
