    What LCD panel manufacturer does Acer user? You can look it up by going to Control Panel, Display, Device ID or String.

    Why does this matter. Dell uses Samsung, LG, AUO & CMO and for the same laptop model there are noticeable differences in display quality based on the make of the LCD.
