    Acer Epower manager

    when i double click the Epower icon in the toolbar to open it nothing happens. ive tried to uninstall it but i get a message saying install shield (R) has encountered a problem and needs to close. if i try and use the windows' it doesn't work either

    Yes, you posted this question and I merged it with another post of the same topic.

    Looks like you have some serious install/uninstall issues going on. I have had issues like that in past Windows installs, and the only solution I find is a format and reinstall of the OS. You can try using a registry fixer, and that may help. Keep in mind it only may help.
