Is there any way of overclocking CPU in my Acer Aspire 5520G?
    It has Turi0n 64 X2 TL-60 @ 2.0 GHz...

Overclocking CPUs is always a tricky task - mostly because of how hard it is, but also how risky it is.
You would honestly have more luck just upgrading the CPU and avoiding the chance of instability or failure.

I have tried nTune and it worked...
I managed to push it to 2.2 GHz from 2.0 GHz very easily...
I did a 10 min test... And it was ok...
HW monitor showed me max temp of 75 degrees C for both cores.
I checked that max temp for this Turion is 95° C so would this be fine?
I have additional cooling pad under the laptop and I planned this clock only for gaming so would this be right if I would control the temps to be like this?
    Thanx once more...

Well done. If You really wanne know how oc affect temps, set back stock settings and repeat your test and check temps again. I found on russian site that someone pushed tl60 on 5520g with defaul volts to 2,38ghz. Turions aren't the greatest processors therefore extra speed is always nice to have. I think that 2.3-2.35ghz is in the range if only memory will handle this oc aswell.

I have tested system on stock settings...
Temp of cores is around 70, 5 degrees less then when overclocked...
I will do few more test to chose best possible clock...
