    Hi,

Well I recently cracked and totally destroyed my netbooks screen by accident. I have a Acer Aspire One D257 with a 1024x768 screen. Man, was I disappointed, because this screen was amazing.

I have been looking around for screen replacements and I came across this one: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Now this one is exactly the same, but it is a higher resolution. This one has a resolution of 1366x768 instead of the DEFAULT 1024x760. I have seen someone upgrading their Lenevo (I think its that brand) netbooks screen to a higher resolution and it worked. I also know that on other laptops you can easily change the screen and it will work even if it is a higher resolution, but I have never dealt with netbooks before.

My question is, will this one still work on the netbook even though it is an high resolution?

    Thanks in advance,
    Nate

If it has matching physical dimensions and connector it should be fine.

    Thanks!

I feel dumb now, even though it says WXGA, I think it may be a 1024x768 screen. Anyways, I bought it, so it is too late now, if it don't work!
