    Okay I've never had trouble with my 9 cell battery until I updated my bios to 3310 which is the latest update and installed Windows 7 Pro. It only reconigzes roughly 64% to 67% of my battery, it'll tell me in the task bar, now I have tried taking out the battery and unplugging it and holding the power button for 2 minutes, and the bios is updated so I'm pretty much out of ideas. Thanks for your help.

    P.S. It's nice to post back here, I used to post here a few years ago like 3.
