Hello all, I am new to this forum and need a bit of help.

I've had an Acer Aspire One for about a year now, and suddenly it won't power on. The fan or green LED won't turn on, indicating its loss of power.

When charging, the red charger indicator only works with a battery inserted.
Without the battery, the red indicator flickers on and off once and fades out.

I'm not sure if this is to do with the charger or battery.

    Any help is much appreciated!
    :)

    Bump.
I have made a YouTube video.

remove the battery and the power cable, then hold the power button down for 30 seconds, then re-assemble and see if anything happens.
