    Can I install any graphics card on my pc?
    Any advice of upgrades to play max setting latest games?

    here are my specs:
    CPU: Intel Pentium Dual core
    Video: Integrated SIS® Mirage™ 3 graphics, PCI Express x16 graphics card support
    Ram: 2Gb DDR2
    Power Supply: Industry Standard 250 Watt
