I was thinking of buying an Aspire 6935G. But a lot of people seems to have a bad opinion of Acer, can some one experienced help me about it. And about the warranty how much does it help? I am planning on going out of the country soon, does the International Travelers Warranty cover it if I take it to acer dealers in other countries?

    Thanks for all your help!

I recently bought an Acer 6930g and could not be happier with it. Whatever people think about Acer being a budget brand and sacrificing price for quality just isn't true

I've had a HP laptop before (Dv6000) and the quality of this beats the HP hands down. The HP creaked and the keyboard flexed a lot aswell as it running EXTREMELY loud with the fans sounding like they were on full blast a lot of the time

I think this runs almost silently, the battery life is about 2 1/2 hours, screen is excellent, no chassis creaking or flex and the graphics and gaming performance are terrific. (Running WoW at full settings at around 40-50fps)

    Hope this helps... Ali

I have an old(ish) Acer and all is well still.

No issues because I look after it. No Acer service necessary yet.

I woul buy the 6935G. Best bang for buck.

    Cheers and good luck deciding.
