    Acer Aspire 5535 Turns on but won't start

    Hi everyone, my wife Acer Aspire 5535 will turn on but will not start. Disc drive is active so are usb ports. Battery light is green and so is power light. I can hear the fan working. There is no response on screen just Dark. Have tried to increase decrease brightness. No disc movement light or wifi light.
