    Acer Aspire 5050 Recovery Disk

    I purchased the Recovery disk for my system. I reinstall my system but it get to Acer Launch 4/5 or 1/2 install and it stallls. It just sit there stating thank you for using Acer. If any questions visit Acer.com. I have tried restarting my computer and restalling the recovery disk and it keeps popping up. I even tried talking to support and they are so worthless at Acer support it is not even funny. So please help
