Acer Asp. 5021wlmi + launch manager +vista??

hi guys!

i have a Acer Aspire 5021wlmi

my problem is that i can't get launch manager working on windows vista....it just doesn't work....i mean, i install it but it doesn't work properly....the light blue green thingies when trying to increase/decrease volume, or start WiFi doesn't come up....yeah, i know....launch manager was made för winXP but is there a workaround?? or a beta launch manager for vista? my biggest problem is that my Wireless lan won't work if launch manager isn't working properly....because the program activates the wireless lan....you know, the orange lamp that blinks in front of the 5021 model. it's not blinking...

any help would be good =) thx
