    I got friends selling this, but don't want to answer any question about it.

    I guess not, cause the spec he gave is c2d, 2gb ram, 180gb hdd, 17'' wxga, wifi, and bluetooth

    Sounds like a TravelMate model - the 6292 and 6592 exist in Canada, maybe the 6962 does in other geographies.

    Blessed, that can't be right - the 6292 is a 12.1" screen, while the notebook lee_what wants to know about is a 17" screen.
