Hi i got a wierd problem with my keyboard, every time i press space bar i get "," and if i type b i get "bn" say with v get "vf", every other key appears to be fine just these 3, any ideas?, i contacted acer, but they yet to get back to me, i was thinking the keyboard ribbon maybe damaged or got knocked loose but it looks ok, and testing it with an external keyboard is no problems either

I got my neighbor's laptop - an acer "inspire" what a P.O.S. the keyboard is a dogs breakfast. Every third time I try to type a backspace in word, the cursor moves itself to another part of the document and begins typing there.
Also, all the keys are mapped wrong, universally, across the entire operating system. to get the @ sign, for example, I have to type shift + n, which is the " symbol's button. To get the " symbol, I have to type the shift + @ key.
This makes me mad. Real mad. Does anybody know how to remap the keyboard, or rather, how to return the keyboard mapping to the default?
If this laptop had a crotch, I'd kick the hell out of it.....
