    Acer 5670 troubles

    Although present in the devicemanager, both Bluetooth and Wireless won't work. In the helpmodule I am advised to switch them on through the slider knobs at the front. If I do, it says for both of them: No Device Present. Can anybody help me here? Would be much obliged.
