    Acer 5610 with Intel 945GM getting 1080p

    I have an Acer 5610-4537 with a Intel 945GM express Graphics Card.

    I would like to connect this to my new Tv which supports 1920 x 1080, but the TV keeps telling me Mode not Supported, I don't think this card can handle this resolution, has anyone been able to achieve this?

    Is it possible to upgrade the card to achieve this? if so which card could i get to fit this laptop.
